For lost packages, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered.”

- It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details (e.g., spelling, size, layout).
- Once approved, no further changes can be made.
Lead Time:
- Custom orders may take an additional 7 business days to process and produce.
- Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the request.
Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin custom work.
- Full payment must be made before production/shipping.
Returns and Refunds:
- Customised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if there is an issue.
Intellectual Property:
- By submitting a design, the customer affirms they have the right to use any logos, images, or text provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse any customisation requests that violate copyright, trademark, or our content policies.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:
