Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

For lost packages, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered.”

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Product Customisation Policy

• A digital proof/mockup will be provided for approval before production begins.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details (e.g., spelling, size, layout).

Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin custom work.
